To access the full range of sixbet services, you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify sixbet promptly of any changes to your registration details. sixbet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

sixbet supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though sixbet reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your sixbet account within 30 to 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment section, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied. sixbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will, in most circumstances, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

All funds deposited into your sixbet account must be from a payment source in your own name. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the sixbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules and that your bet is placed voluntarily and without duress.

sixbet reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of: (a) a system error or technical malfunction affecting the display of odds; (b) odds that have been published in error; (c) suspicious betting patterns indicating potential match-fixing or manipulation; or (d) a breach of these Terms by the player. In any such case, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance without interest.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and may vary by sport, event, and account status. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. sixbet reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits at its discretion without prior notice.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming your wager. sixbet accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

sixbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• sixbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the platform using automated bots, scripts, or any other non-human method.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in a manner not intended by the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Placing bets based on insider information or information obtained through match-fixing or corrupt activity.
• Opening more than one account on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from system downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.

sixbet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. sixbet will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

sixbet's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the sixbet platform, you agree to first contact sixbet's customer support team at support@sixbet.onl in order to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

sixbet aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedure described in the platform's support documentation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sixbet with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
